The Clubhouse Support has moved.

Please read all the information before sending your support question. Following these simple instructions will improve the speed of our support since we will get less misplaced questions or questions with too little information in.

In a step to really improve the support we are closing down this support and opening up for a new one placed along other support functions in Hattrick. This means you will find the new Clubhouse Support on the Hattrick site (www.hattrick.org) under the menu option Help and then Contact us. In the contact form you should chose Clubhouse Support.

If you are a Hattrick user please use the contact form while you are logged in. If you are not a Hattrick user (or currently cant log in) you can still access the contact form but be sure to include good information on who you are, how we can contact you and in some cases your Hattrick username.

Please include as much information as possible in your message: error messages, which page you are having problems with, what you have tried so far and so on. Handing us this information from the beginning will speed up the support process.

Please note that the Clubhouse Support currently only understands English, German and Scandinavian. If you cant write in one of those languages you could perhaps ask a friend or your local Game Masters for translation assistance.

Before you submit your support question please check in the FAQ and the Clubhouse conference to see if the answer to your question is available there. Also have a look inside your Clubhouse Admin if there are tools that can help you sort out your problem already available to you.

If your question is about your subscription, refunds or such shopping related you should send your question (in the same contact form) to the Customer Service for the Shop.

Do not send more than one message about the same thing. Our Clubhouse Support team will answer every message as soon as possible but it might take up to a few days to receive a response. (Your message can also be passed on to another support group such as the shops customer service or the Game Masters if your question is not for the Clubhouse Support).

If you sent us a message with the old support system and still have the problem you can send us a new message. Problems with the old support may have caused your message to be lost and/or our answer to you may have been lost. The old support system was undermanned and the number of misplaced questions was huge. This led to it being very time consuming to help the ones that actually needed help. We are very sorry for this and we believe that the new support will be faster.
